Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, from Lafayette, Louisiana. In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Made-to-order items get a call from us with a timeline. Shipping on the OBS side molding is included in its price within the continental United States; for other parts, shipping is added to the total Mako confirms when you send an order request, or quoted when you order by phone. Please inspect your order on delivery and report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel within 7 days of payment for a refund less a 3% restocking fee. Made-to-order kits can only be cancelled before machining starts. The $500 dually deposit is refundable in full within 7 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days.

Fitment

Please check fitment before ordering, or call us. Fit is not guaranteed on modified vehicles.

Privacy

We collect the details you give us to take your order, ship it and contact you about it. Payment details are handled by our payment providers — we never receive or store your card number.
